Program Details

Superior results come from acting on key basics.  Join us for this 1-Day MI In Action Practitioners' Series designed specifically to highlight the practical application of Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills.

Have you ever considered how you would apply MI to different situations?  Have you asked yourself for example, how you would use the skill under this circumstance or that circumstance?  How would MI apply in a particular situation?  If you have ever asked the question, “When the client says this or that, how should I respond?”  The program addresses these questions with the aim of helping practitioners hone and sharpen skills they already have.  We will cover foundational basics, strategy and techniques involved in MI and how it can be developed and utilized dynamically in targeted settings.

It is excellent for staffs with little or no knowledge of the MI approach as well as those already implementing the model and want to hone existing skills.
